Poll suggests huge dissatisfaction with Portland City Council leadership on public services, business alliance finds

Fewer than one in five Portland voters say they’d cast a ballot for either of the two City Council members seeking re-election this year over a generic opponent as growing concerns over homelessness and crime continue to fuel pessimism about the direction of the Portland region and those tapped to lead it.

Those are among the findings of an annual poll of likely voters commissioned by the metro area’s most influential business organization.
