Families of victims demand answers in unsolved Portland killings as FBI offers rewards for tips

The FBI issued up to a $15,000 reward Monday for information leading to an arrest in the Dec. 17, 2020, fatal shooting of an Uber Eats driver killed in front of her husband when their car was caught in gang crossfire near Dawson Park.

Kieran L. Ramsey, the special agent in charge of the FBI, urged anyone who has information on the killing of Kelley Marie Smith and dozens of other unsolved shootings to come forward and share their tips.
